The complete exterior process, start to finish. Touchless pre-wash, a pH neutral second foam, wheels decontaminated without acid, then a wax sealant and a dressing on the tyres. The protection is not an extra, it goes on every car that comes through the bay.

The full exterior process, then the cabin. Vacuumed throughout including the boot, every plastic and trim surface cleaned with the product meant for it, and the interior glass finished so there is nothing to catch the light when you drive into the sun.

Seats and carpets wet extracted rather than wiped, so what comes out of the fibres actually leaves the car. Leather and alcantara cleaned and conditioned with Koch Chemie Pol Star. Vents, seals and shuts done properly, and finished with a trim dressing that is not greasy.

The full safe wash first, then the things a wash alone will not shift. Iron fallout and tar drawn out of the paint, wheels treated front and back, glass sealed, and the wax sealant laid down properly on clean paint so it has something to bond to.

Why we look at the car first
No two cars arrive in the same condition. A car cleaned every fortnight and one that has not been touched in a year are not the same job, and size, pet hair, tar, sap and heavy soiling all change how long it takes. So we see the car, or a few photos of it, before we give you a firm price for the work. You get that figure before anything is booked in, and it does not change afterwards.
Questions
That is the thing the whole process is built to avoid. The first two stages never touch the car, so the grit that causes scratches is off the paint before anything makes contact. We do not use brushes.
No. Bilt Hamber Auto-Wheel is zero acid and zero alkaline, and it still removes iron fallout. Acid is quicker and cheaper, and it is why alloys pit and lacquer lifts.
No. The pre-wash is formulated not to compromise protective coatings and the second foam is pH neutral at 7.5. Tell us the coating is there when you book.
No. A wax sealant goes on every wash we do, including the cheapest one, along with a dressing on the tyres and exterior plastics.
No, and that is deliberate. We are a maintenance and protection studio. If your paint already needs machine correction we will tell you honestly rather than sell you something we do not do.

Yes. There are two bays and a car keeps one for the whole job, so slots are real slots.
